OpenSolaris 2008.05

This morning I had a closer look to OpenSolaris 2008.05 in VirtualBox 1.6. If Sun fixes the license issue OpenSolaris might become a strong Linux competitor in the enterprise sector. Unfortunately the GNOME desktop is not the latest and greatest. But it is a good starting point. The graphical packet manager is nice but slow.
