Lotus Support

Today we got the first results of our support requests from IBM. The response time of the first level for a ticket is 2 hours, which is a pretty good SLA, I think. We opened that many tickets that we got 2 engineers assigned by IBM :-). So there is hope!

On Monologue I found the following tool for converting source which exists in the Java legacy to C#:
It is called sharpen.
